Camilo Paredes

Founder & CEO

Co-founder and CEO of CaterSpot. He leads the overall strategy and marketing efforts of the business. Camilo is a passionate serial entrepreneur, and venture builder originally from Colombia, South America. After having built foodpanda from Rocket Internet as Managing Director in Latin America, he came to Asia to backpack for few months and then realized the huge opportunity for tech startups in Asia and decide to stay in the region. Since then Camilo has co-founded 3 tech companies since then. Before starting CaterSpot, Camilo was Founder and CEO of Grouvly, a popular group dating platform in Hong Kong and Singapore, which was recently sold to a Singaporean dating company in February 2016. Camilo also Co-founded Duriana, a C2C mobile marketplace app in South East Asia and served as its first CEO.


Amanda Ernst

Founder & CPO

Founder and CPO of CaterSpot, Amanda leads the Product arms of the business. Prior to starting CaterSpot, Amanda co-founded and was CEO of Duriana, a mobile c2c marketplace app in South East Asia. Before coming to Asia, Amanda was worked for Rocket Internet in Latin America, managing the operations for the foodpanda venture across the region. Before joining Rocket, Amanda worked as a consultant in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University in Canada.


Andrew Ng

Co-founder & COO

Co-founder and COO of Caterspot. Andrew oversees all the Operations matters of the company. He is also Executive Director of Triplestar Capital, an Asian family office which is the lead investor in Caterspot. Andrew has prior experience in investment banking and finance, having spent more than seven years in HSBC and Societe Generale advising global resources and energy companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree and has worked in diverse regions including Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Karren Rebosura

Chief Technology Officer

Co-founder and CTO of CaterSpot, Karren leads the technology development required to bring the CaterSpot customer experience to life. Before CaterSpot she co-founded Grouvly, a social/dating webapp in Hong Kong and Singapore. She is a Senior Ruby and Javascript developer and has a strong background in full life-cycle of software development process from working in companies like Zalora, Lazada, Friendster and 701 Search Inc.

Michael Burns

UX/UI Lead

UI/UX Co-founder of CaterSpot, Michael designs how CaterSpot looks and feels, and creates a user-centered online experience for our customers. Before CaterSpot he co-founded Grouvly, a social/dating webapp in Hong Kong and Singapore. He started designing during his college days with most of his skills and knowledge being self taught. He believes that learning Web and Graphic Design can be learned online and is a matter of practicing really hard until the desired skills are acquired. Michael is also a Design Guru at and he teaches Web and Graphic design tutorials for beginners. He just loves sharing ideas with everyone.

Michael Zhou

Managing Director Singapore

Managing Director of CaterSpot Singapore, Michael sees to achieve the company's sales and operations goals in the country. Michael was previously an Entrepreneur-in-Residence with JFDI Asia (one of Asia's leading incubators). He has experience working in Consulting for a number of global Fortune 500 clients in various industry sectors. Originally from Australia, his educational background is in Mathematics and has experience working in a number of countries internationally.


Lois Chan

Managing Director Hong Kong

Managing Director of CaterSpot in Hong Kong, Lois oversees the company's sales and operations in the country. Prior to CaterSpot, Lois was the Head of Sales & Business Development Manager at, where she was responsible for formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategies, as well as supporting in various aspects of operations.

Lois has a diverse background in the financial industry including investment, research and audit experience. She was an Investment Associate at Emerald Hill Capital Partners, and an Economist at Natixis Corporate and Investment Bank. Lois began her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young.

Lois earned a Master of Financial Economics from the Rotman School of Management and a B.Com specialized in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto, graduating with High Distinction.
